It's possible they have, and those incidents get suppressed for fear of encouraging imitators - similar to Luigi Mangione.

Because they don't try this shit with people who look like they can hit back, most of those have real arrest warrants on them so they can leave that for local and state cops to deal with and just focus on ambushing students and day laborers and people with small children

The fuck is the point of 2a if not to resist this?
For many Americans, I think the reason for their support of 2A is so they can help the fascists against the rest of us. Most 2A supporters that I've met are not what I'd call good people. For the rest of us, it's hard to find someone willing to die in the hail of bullets that will certainly follow the first shot of the resistance.
They are also simply not in their neighborhoods.
