When he dies the right will just tell themselves the dems poisoned him.

[–] WanderWisley@lemmy.world 1 points 13 hours ago

Ronald McDonald and Diet Coke?

[–] tehn00bi@lemmy.world 1 points 14 hours ago

I rather think they will just reanimate him like Weekend at Bernie’s.

[–] NotForYourStereo@lemmy.world 12 points 19 hours ago

Is "Droopy Don" trending yet?

[–] phutatorius@lemmy.zip 20 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Jeez, why doesn't he just blow a gasket and get it the hell over with?

[–] Aeri@lemmy.world 11 points 16 hours ago

I mean if there was justice in the world I like to imagine a giant demonic hand would burst up through the ground and grab him so tightly his eyes bulge out and drag him screaming down to actual biblical hell but we can't always get what we want unfortunately.

[–] Patches@ttrpg.network 12 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (2 children)

He is already leaking fluids, and solids, on a daily basis. There are multiple confirmed reports.

Not sure what gasket you are referring to

[–] Pat@feddit.nu 2 points 8 hours ago

Aorta. That'd be lovely. Dissecting aortic aneurysm.

[–] BussyGyatt@feddit.org 6 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

repairing a blown head gasket in a car is often a repair that costs more than the car would be worth. maybe that's what they meant?

[–] js346235476@lemmy.world 2 points 11 hours ago

Only in this case using a band aid would be more than the car is worth.

[–] RaskolnikovsAxe@lemmy.ca 35 points 1 day ago

I would have preferred the last three years of his miserable life spent in a maximum security prison, but as it seems like the law doesn't exist in the US anymore I will accept a series of strokes leading to shitting himself and collapsing on a stage in public. I'm okay with that trade.

[–] DarkFuture@lemmy.world 26 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Lol. I wouldn't call it "alarm".

[–] phutatorius@lemmy.zip 2 points 6 hours ago

What's alarming is how hard it is to flush that ever-returning turd.

[–] grrgyle@slrpnk.net 23 points 1 day ago (2 children)

Yeah more like breathless anticipation

[–] HubertManne@piefed.social 5 points 22 hours ago

but being worried about being let down yet again.

[–] phutatorius@lemmy.zip 4 points 1 day ago

More like being sick and tired of his shit.

[–] Treczoks@lemmy.world 25 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Draws questions and alarm?

Question: When will he finally croak?

Alarm: They will be wasting millions to keep this rotting corpse alive for as long as possible.

[–] fibojoly@sh.itjust.works 6 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Without him, the Astronomican will collapse! We must feed him one thousand innocent babes a day to keep him alive on his golden throne.

FOR THE EMPEROR!

[–] Treczoks@lemmy.world 32 points 2 days ago

And the most important question is: Where are the Epstein files?

[–] snooggums@piefed.world 114 points 2 days ago (5 children)

He absolutely had a stroke. His bruised hand is probably from being hooked ip to an IV and being really, really old. The side effects are confusion, trouble being coherent, and other mental problems he already had so at least those won't be as noticeable as they would be on a regular person.

[–] phutatorius@lemmy.zip 11 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

I'm pretty damned old and just had a cannula in my hand for a couple of days because I had surgery that required me to be knocked out. No hematoma. For him to have gotten one of those, either a nurse fucked up or he's on blood thinners.

And yeah, there's some evidence he's been having mini-strokes on and off for at least a year. Here's hoping they get progressively worse, and he sees nothing in his future but worsening debility and helplessness, surrounded by people who despise him. May he survive long into his term, just to frustrate Vance's ambitions. A long power struggle as his flunkies try to remove him from office while dishing the dirt on his incompetence and dementia will also be wonderfully humiliating and will make Vance seem even more like the backstabbing weasel he already is.

[–] snooggums@piefed.world 5 points 1 day ago

I'd rather he croaked earlier because Vance doesn't have the same belligerence that has led to declaring war on US cities and he doesn't have the cult following that enables it when Trump does that shit. Vance would be actively undercut by the party and it would fall back to infighting.

If nothing else it wouldn't be worse now and I wouldn't have to hear about Trump as much.

[–] expatriado@lemmy.world 57 points 2 days ago

another side effect is ai generated official tv appearance

[–] chillpanzee@lemmy.ml 25 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Lol... we can never really know because he's looked and acted like a stroke victim for years.

[–] Gormadt@lemmy.blahaj.zone 7 points 1 day ago

He's probably been having them for years

Once you have one they become more and more common, and the common they are they more likely you are to hit a serious (life ending) one.

"Draws alarm"?

Yep, it's the party alarm.

JFC that's not a little bit of a droop. That's almost definitely signs of a stroke. A guy I knew at work looked exactly the same after his stroke. Trump looked relatively normal at the u.s. open a few days ago and you'd think after a stroke he'd at least take a week or two off given his advanced age and "robust" health. Maybe it's bell's palsy or someone smacked him upside the head with a frying pan?

Edit: Also this article seems a little on the nose.

[–] ramble81@lemmy.zip 14 points 2 days ago (4 children)

He can’t take time off. He believes it’ll make him look “weak” and he’ll lose control of the narrative.

And deliciously, him trying to push through and play strong man will kill him even quicker. I seriously wonder if he’s starting to question his mortality or is just completely ignorant.

[–] anomnom@sh.itjust.works 2 points 18 hours ago

He disappeared for Labor Day weekend. Like all of it. Not a normal Trump weekend at all. The first interview afterwards was a private interview with a right wing outlet.

Then the AI facepaint video about Kirk.

The only thing that doesn’t fit with the coverup is the taking in front of Marine 1 if I have the timeline right.

[–] hovercat@lemmy.blahaj.zone 9 points 1 day ago

I seriously wonder if he’s starting to question his mortality or is just completely ignorant.

Given his comments about getting into heaven, he absolutely is.

Concern is the wrong word, delight is the correct word. The sooner he dies the better.

Can news organizations please PLEASE stop it with the headlines that are all ALARM! BE AFRAID! SLAMS! RIPS! EMERGENCY!

We have already enough to be anxious about without them helping. I don't care if this is about the Cheeto or Obama or my mother. Stop it with the clickbait headlines for every single headline.

Make Jews Boring Again, the way news is supposed to be!

On Sept. 11, 2025, people assumed that the Pentagon's memorial ceremony marking the victims of 9/11 would be a somber, typical occasion.

Are these people unaware of who is president?
