I would’ve guessed “zippy”, but someone else said the news is saying the letter names.
Per the news stuff I’ve seen, the letters are pronounced literally. Think “X.P. Lee”.

This was all over the news a few months ago. Some guy dressed up like a police officer and targeted a bunch of democrats in their state legislator, showed up to their houses and just started shooting. How did you miss that? It was all over lemmy at the time it happened.
