Is this an ad or a call for help?
A 4th floor walk-up studio for $1900 a month…
Maybe it's a really, really deep basin for washing all the dishes we put off.
wash the dishes while you wash your bits. that's a time saver right there.
Kramer?
4 Flights Up In a WALK UP Building SMALL STUDIO WITH BATHTUB IN KITCHEN -(THERE IS A BATHTUB IN THE KITCHEN) 3 FLIGHTS UP IN A WALK UP BUILDING.
I kept reading hoping we'd get to "2 FLIGHTS IN A WALK UP BUILDING" and then 1 flight.
The rest is hilarious too

Reminds me of when I was using that site. Guy had a 2 BR 1 bath up and I drove by to go look at it. There was already someone living in it who had just signed a lease the week before. Gotta love scammers
You get to live walking distance to the tenement museum
I like how the agent has mentioned it as if it were a highly desirable feature, reiterates it, then includes a great many photographs of the bathtub in the kitchen.
So good they mentioned it twice!
I think they don't want to waste time showing the apartment to prospective renters that aren't paying enough attention to the listing only for them to walk in, say " bathtub in the kitchen? No thanks."
A lot of dishes fit in there
This location though - in Little Italy, walking distance from all the trains, for under $2k... It's honestly tempting.
So after looking at this apartment, I scrolled down… and there was another studio apartment that had already been rented in the same building… that ALSO has a bathtub in the kitchen. I’m sensing a pattern here… hehe
Wash the pots and your arse crack at the same time, Steptoe style.
1900 a month?! Are these people on drugs?!
The LES/Chinatown pretty expensive overall. 1900 is market rate.
Some people are way too into their shower beers. You really don't need to move the tub next to the fridge. Time to stage an intervention.
Terrible photos listed by estate agents/realtors that are so bad they’re funny.
Posting guidelines.
Posts in this community must be of property (inside or out) listed for sale which contains a terrible element. “Terrible” can refer to:
the photo itself (finger over the lens, too far away, people in the shot, bad Photoshop, etc.)
the property (weird layout, questionable plumbing, unsound structure, etc.)
the interior (carpeted bathrooms, awful taste interiors, weird mannequins/taxidermies/art, inflatable pools indoors, etc.)
the actual listing itself including unusual descriptions and unrealistic pricing. However, this isn’t a community to discuss the housing market in general. This is a comedic community - let’s keep it light.
Photos can be sourced from anywhere and be any age, but please check they haven’t already been posted.
