Im not an expert on the issue but my understanding is she was fully culpable in the abuse that occurred
She participated in the abuse according to trial testimony.
Testimony from the victims began on November 30 with “Jane,” who said that Maxwell sometimes joined in on the sexualized massages. “Kate” testified December 6 that Maxwell set up those sexual meetings. Carolyn testified the next day that Maxwell once touched her breasts, hips and butt and told her she “had a great body for Epstein and his friends.” She was 14 at the time, she said.
Finally, Farmer testified that she was 16 years old when Maxwell massaged her naked chest at Epstein’s New Mexico ranch in 1996.

MAGA supports child rapists. Q Anon is hunting the pedos. Q wasn't ready for such a target rich environment and vapor locked at the thought of being helpful to the people they hate. The Q nuts are basically the only thing stopping MAGA from making child rape allowed by a specific class of people. Depending on how the verdict for Maxwell it may signal Q supporters finally accepting their role in making child rape more common and legally allowed with fascists in power.

That's the thing with this though. She won't get a pardon. He won't pardon her. The supreme court will overturn her conviction so he won't have to get his hands dirty.
Her case hinges on immunity granted to unnamed coconspirators in Epstein's 2008 case.
Given to him by Alex Acosta who was later made Secretary of Labor by Trump.

They're going to have the Supreme Court overturn her conviction so Trump doesn't have to suffer the fallout from pardoning her himself...
So many corrupt options. They're spoiled for choice!
This is almost worse for Trump. If the Supreme Court hears the case and clears her conviction, MAGA is going to raise a shitstorm. If they don't clear it, then it at least kept the story in the news cycle when Trump wants the whole thing to disappear.
The better outcome for Trump is that she takes the pardon in exchange for blaming all the Democrats. Trump gets to pretend he's not involved, and witch hunting Democrats keeps MAGA happy.

It would be worth your time to listen to this legal breakdown on what the appeal is about and why she's likely to succeed. TL;DR - Blame the prosecutors that gave Jeffrey Epstein that sweetheart deal. It was even more sweetheart than it appeared on the surface.
If I were an American I'd be insulted by the constant dog and pony show. Just let her out. you know that's what's happening, why go through the show for the peasants?
If they are watching the show they aren't doing any about the human rights violations or brutal dismantling of crucial institutions.

She doesn't lie, but she withholds Trump's guilt and any important allies and billionaires. She only gives Dems names, or anyone trump is enemies with or just OK with taking the fall. She gets pardon or reduced sentence. Maga cult believes every word as if it was in the bible.
Obviously who knows, really. Time will tell. But we'd hardly be surprised.
Trump is in there. But there's also lots of other wealthy powerful people in there. The massive amount of money laundering and connection to Israel.
Trump diddling kids aside, all the rest might shed a light on corruption to a scale that could cause a big enough shock to society that the powers that be just don't want to risk. Just vaguely speculating obviously. Who knows if we'll ever get the real scoop.
Guess they figured out a way around that presidential pardon catastrophe in the making...

I'm pretty sure everyone in prison is not really allowed to "press ahead with an appeal" to the Supreme Court without doing a few more rounds in the lower courts first. And that's presuming there's something they want to look at.
My guess is even the crooked-ass disgusting SCROTUS doesn't want to touch this with a stick.
